Is Slow Speed Normal During V3 Endpoint Migration?

currently running the endpoint migration for v3, is this kind of speed to be expected? It's very slow:

Hi Stephan, can you please share the resources that your database has? I suspect that the utilization must be quite high during this migration to be causing this level of performance
