Bug Report: Column Selectors and Filter Buttons Broken in v3 UI Beta on Brave and Firefox

Discovered a bug in the beta for the v3 ui. It appears that the column selectors / filter buttons / and just most thing in the section headers seems to be broken under specific condition. Video communicates better. The drop downs do seem to work when I disabled cache for the site from the inspect tool. I am running brave (tried with shields on and off) Brave 1.90.128 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 148.0.7778.217 Problem also seems to occur in the latest Firefox. and incognito windows.
