Missing JIRA Configuration Form in DefectDojo Open Source 3.0.200 Installation – How to Enable It?

I recently installed DefectDojo Open Source 3.0.200 and tried to find the JIRA configuration form and noticed it was missing both from the Settings menu and also from the Edit Asset form. Am I missing to enable a setting at install time?

Hi diwatson, Jira must first be enabled in the system settings before the jira specific settings throughout the application can become visible. I see this is a gap in our documentation, so I will make a PR to clarify this important first step
