Recently, I encountered an issue while integrating DefectDojo with Jira.
When using a user account with Jira Admin privileges, we are able to create Jira tickets for findings successfully, and the corresponding Jira ID is updated in the JIRA column of the respective finding in DefectDojo.
Note: The user account has administrator access to both Atlassian Jira and DefectDojo.
However, when I use an Atlassian service account for the integration, the Jira ticket is created successfully, but the created Jira ID is not updated in the JIRA column of the finding in DefectDojo.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?
